From Breakdown to Breakthrough

Have you ever been in a situation wherein you’re facing a huge hurdle in your life and you can’t seem to get out of it?

That moment, that challenge you’re facing that you’re struggling to identify solutions for, is a breakdown.

You start to experience resistance – strong feelings about what you don’t want to do largely because it’s uncomfortable even if it will improve the situation.

You can stay in resistance about taking action and try to rationalise that you shouldn’t do the very thing that will help solve the issue or at least move through the recovery process.

But here’s the interesting thing about being in a breakdown: You don’t actually have to be in a good mood, good place, and everything going well to execute at a high level. 

In our very special 100th (!!!) episode, I share about my personal challenges and breakdowns that I’ve encountered and how I overcame them. Today, I’m going to spill the lessons that I’ve learned, and hopefully you can learn from too to realize who you want to be in that situation even if things go out of your control.
