This is a goal that has become popularized by a lot of consultants, coaches and experts. The idea is what every service is, let’s say for an example if you’re a coach – these experts teach their clients that they should become fully booked. Which typically means filling your calendar with one to one clients.
You’ve been told fully booked is the holy grail but as your calendar fills up you start to feel like you’re in a small business jail.
Essentially, being fully booked puts you on the path to having the opposite of what you want in business. You lose the time freedom that you created the business for in the first place.
