How This Health Coach Balances Full-Time Work and a Growing Business

We're kicking off a new series featuring the Daily Routines of everyday women making their goals happen. First up, is Jennifer Dent. She's a Health Coach based in Philadelphia, who manages a full-time job and a growing business by starting the day at 5 am. Jennifer's inspiring weight loss journey has made it possible for her to teach others how to shift mindsets to reach their own health and fitness milestones. Jennifer shares her morning routine and tips for how you can develop your own.

5:00 am wake up, brush teeth, weigh myself naked and track weight
5:15 am meditate for 20 minutes 5:35 am Journal - brain dump, thought work, gratitude, affirmations
5:35 am Mind work, I read or listen to something inspirational
6:30 am I work on my business
9:00 am I'm usually ready to log in to start the full-time gig
Jen's advice:
Just start! It can be as short at 10 minutes, but the goal is to spend the first few minutes of the day focused on something positive.
